An event I’ve been personally involved in organizing along with several other volunteers will happen this Friday, in Israel.

It’s the First Israeli Games Unconference, and I will be showing the audience some sneak peeks of the first episode of Pizza Morgana there.

The unconference is open to the public, so if you want to get to see bits of the game for yourself, I’ll be happy to personally see you there at the event.

After more than a year of working on it, we’re finally proud to announce our new episodic adventure game series:
Pizza Morgana.

Pizza Morgana lets you play the charming tale of a young girl who is accidentally teleported into a magical dimension filled with monsters, vampires, faeries, and daemons, which all just happen to be employed as pizza delivery guys. The game is expected to be available in spring 2009 for PC.

We will share more details about the game soon, but for now you can read the official press release, and visit the pizza morgana website.

This is truly an exciting day for us here at Corbomite Games and we’ve been waiting for this moment for a while, and soon when the game is released we’ll be even more excited.

Oh, I almost forgot, we’ll be opening up the first episode’s beta to a small group of testers soon, so if you want to be let in,  join our newsletter and when we open up the beta we’ll announce it there.

Corbomite Games CEO shows off Zbang and Pizza Morgana in February 2008.

Hey Everyone,
Things might seem to be quiet on our news page, but it is only because we’re very busy working hard on the first episodes of Zbang and on our new game series Pizza Morgana.
We will be showing off a sneak peek of Pizza Morgana at two game conferences in February,  Casual Connect in Amsterdam, which takes place in during 6-8 of February, and Game Developer Conference  which is in San Francisco on 18-22 of February.

I’m giving a talk about “Interactive storytelling for the advanced casual games market” during the first Israeli games event that will take place in Kfar Hamakabia, Israel on April 11th.
I’ll be spending my birthday (on April 10th) preparing the lecture, so I invite you all to come and hear me speak on the creation process of Zbang and watch watch a demo of it, in front of a live audience.

We’re going to GDC 2007, March 5-9 in San Francisco.
After successfully finishing our hard work on the demo for Zbang, I’m heading for a week of meetings in New York, and later to the game developer’s conference in San Francisco.
